I've begun a new segue.
This year I gave myself a riddle to answer which went a little like:
One concern was that nobody really thinks about clouds when they think of the future - in popular sci-fi art, the future is metallic and filled with just modern buildings, LED lights and robots; so it might be hard to get people to see what I see. However because nobody talks about nature, like clouds, trees etc., there could be an opportunity for something new.
It might be that whatever artwork comes from this, end up in the "Fantasy" section more than "Sci-fi" - but that's also fine, and still within the niche.
(FYI, as put everywhere my niche(s) are: Sci-fi, Astronomy & Fantasy.)
